Data controller
The LotoFarm website is operated as a service to discover, organise and take part in “loto bouse” style events.
For any question about your personal data, see the “Contact” section below. Full legal identification (company form, registration number, registered office) is provided on the “Legal notice” page.
Data we collect and why
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of data:
- Account and sign-in: identifiers, profile and preferences (legal basis: contract / pre-contract).
- Bookings and events: information needed to manage participation (legal basis: contract).
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message (legal basis: legitimate interest to respond; consent where checkboxes apply).
- Security and abuse prevention: limited technical logs and bot protection on the contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest in security).
- Third-party features under consent (Google Analytics for audience measurement, Google AdSense for ads, Tawk.to chat): enabled only according to your cookie-banner choices.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with providers strictly necessary to run the service: server hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany / European Union), database and authentication (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), contact-form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and — depending on your choices — audience analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google AdSense) and live chat (Tawk.to).
They process data on our behalf and under our instructions, in line with the GDPR and, where relevant, appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the European Union.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for example, for the lifetime of your account and any legal obligations; contact messages for the time needed to handle the request; technical logs for a limited, proportionate period. Exact periods may be refined in your account area or on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
Contact
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, etc.) or ask about how we process your data and this privacy policy, use the form on our Contact page.
Additional legal notice (publisher, host, full contact details) may be published on a dedicated page.
