Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the LotoFarm platform.

Last updated: May 4, 2026

📋 Purpose

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define how you may access and use the website and services offered by LotoFarm (“the Service”).

Using the Service means you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Accepting the Terms

By creating an account, publishing an event, making a booking or otherwise using features that require your agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms.

LotoFarm may change the Terms. The update date is shown at the beginning of the text below the main heading. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force.

🐄 Service description and LotoFarm’s role

LotoFarm is a matching platform. The Service allows organisers (associations and others) to promote “loto bouse” style events and offer online booking of squares, and allows users to discover those events and take part.

LotoFarm acts solely as a technical intermediary. LotoFarm is never the organiser of the events. Accordingly, preparing the venue, running the event on the day, validating winners, awarding prizes and complying with all legal, tax and regulatory obligations (municipal authorisations, insurance, etc.) are exclusively the organiser’s responsibility.

👤 User account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Fraudulent or abusive use may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.

💳 Bookings, payments and refunds

When you book squares, you enter into a contract directly and exclusively with the organiser of the event.

Payments: payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) or directly by the organiser. LotoFarm does not receive your payment card data and does not collect funds intended for organisers.

Cancellations and refunds: if an event is cancelled, postponed or if there is a dispute over payment, the organiser alone is responsible for refunds. LotoFarm cannot under any circumstances be asked to refund a booking.

📣 Content responsibility (organisers)

Organisers publish information about their events (location, date, prizes, prices, etc.) under their sole responsibility. LotoFarm has the status of hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of the French LCEN (Loi pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique). As such, LotoFarm does not systematically check whether event or prize information is accurate.

However, LotoFarm may moderate, suspend or remove content that is manifestly unlawful or reported as such by users, or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

⚠️ Limitation of LotoFarm’s liability

The Service is provided “as is”. LotoFarm does not guarantee that the site will be free from interruptions or errors.

LotoFarm’s liability cannot in any event be sought:

  • if an event is cancelled, postponed or poorly run by an organiser;
  • in the event of a dispute between a participant and an organiser (failure to award a prize, dispute over results, accident at the venue);
  • in the event of errors in information published by the organiser.

🔒 Personal data

How we process your personal data in connection with the Service is described in our privacy policy, available from the site footer.

⚖️ Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
